Initial Public Offering

Hello Everyone,

The first build 'class' is scheduled for this Tuesday, August 19th at 9 a.m. We will be finished by 12 (noon) at the latest. There will also be an evening class at 5 pm and will run until 8 pm.

We will be formulating a plan to build the Rudder Module. According to Aerodrome Airplanes, "If you can build the rudder, you can build the rest of the airplane". I'm not sure that is as simple as it sounds, but I am sure that we can figure it out.

The table is built and ready for the kit:

We have plans to wire the table for electricity for spot lighting and power tools. We don't need to do that quite yet, but we will...

The rest of the shop is coming together even as Weber High School comes into session for the year. The Weber Aviation classes will be joining us to observe the build and lend a hand on build days. SkillsUSA, a vocational training/competition program is highly interested in our project, as we are interested in helping them achieve their goals. There are other individuals and entities that are hearing about this project already and have expressed an interest in helping us expand in the future. All this makes this first project important in the extreme.

Please join us for this first class. Those that attend classes will be the ones qualified to work on the actual aircraft on build days. Once I see how the classes progress and am confident that the module can be completed without problems, I will schedule a day to complete the Rudder.

Wrong picture... Sorry!

There we go...

Going to be awesome!
